The Legacy Message® is a service provided by Life-Legacy Services. Our organization does not collect information about visitor identities unless you provide it. We do not sell or provide any data provided by you to any unaffiliated organization for any reason. We may use the information that you provide internally within our organization and affiliates to offer you products and services that you may value.
Life-Legacy Services® is not a financial, tax, or legal adviisory organization. We always suggest that clients communicate and coordinate their projects with other trusted professional advisory firms. We do not compete against any advisory organization and are happy to sign a written contract to guarantee this relationship as part of a referral relationship. We are not paid nor do we pay for any service referrals.
If you pay for our services through a credit card merchant services account, like our linked payment providers, they will collect data necessary to process the transaction. They will retain information in a secure environment only for transaction audit and verification purposes. Life-Legacy Services does not have access to nor retain credit card or personal passcodes.
We do not use high pressure sales tactics and have no compensation bias towards any product or strategy. We are a fee only organization and you are the only one who pays us. We never receive referral fees. Any bulk discount savings is passed on to the client in our free structure.
We may be owned by a local franchisee and we do offer opportunities for individuals to purchase equity in our organization. But the client always chooses the team of experts that they work with and can request replacement at any time. All Life-Legacy Team Members are always required and expected to be professional and protect the security and privacy of your personal data. .
